A significant portion of consumer product recalls in different countries and regions comes from chemical safety issues. Such recalls are related to products containing chemicals that pose health hazards to consumers and violating safety regulations. However, recalls are also being made for products containing chemicals that impact and endanger the environment. In this webinar, some representative cases of recalls regarding chemical safety in different product categories including toys, textiles, electrical items etc. will be reviewed.
