Event introduction

Background

This seminar will mainly deliver the important issues based on recent changed compliance requirement in focus of physical and mechanical design, the background, rationale for these technical update in terms of EN71 test standard. Toy manufacturers, agents and buyers, as well as quality assurance and compliance department representatives are welcomed. The seminar is divided into 2 parts:

Toy technical update: The speaker will introduce the current compliance timeframe according to the harmonization to test standard under the Directive. And also sharing to the latest requirements according to latest amendment according to EN71-1 in EU market so that industry practitioners can clearly understand the most updated criteria for the responding the best preparation before exporting to the EU destination.

Problematic or risky product review (recall): The speaker will share the listed unsafe or potential high risk item in this session, so that participants could aware and prevent some design in similar means.
