This workshop addresses the practical aspects of managing a cross-cultural workforce, and provides an accurate understanding of critical Chinese employment issues to consider when setting up and maintaining operations in China. The participants will have better understanding on the practice of recruitment, employment contract, termination and company relocation in mainland China.
It is designed for HR directors and managers, employee relations professionals and line managers who have, or expect to have, responsibility for staff in China.

Mr Daniel Lee has over 30 years’ experience in various management positions in several MNCs, including Global 500 and Fortune 500 companies. He has taken lead roles in HR for the Asia Pacific Region for more than 20 years. In 2011, he joined TUV Rheinland Greater China as the Vice President of Human Resources, and has been responsible for HR activities for the Greater China Region. Daniel is the in-house and external trainer/facilitator for Human Resources, General Management, and Commercial topics. The content and insight shared by Daniel is supported by years of his working and mentoring experience.
